Confidence - Compassion

Individualized health plans and medication services are delivered around the clock by our nursing and support staff. RNs, LPNs, Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants and Therapy Staff provide care with thoughtlessness and compassion.

Medicare and Medicaid Certified
The Wilkins Nursing Center professional admissions staff is prepared to assist you with both Medicare and Medicaid programs. They are happy to answer questions or work with you in the preparation of appropriate documents for those who qualify for assistance under these programs. This includes financial help through the state Medicaid program.

Skilled Nursing
The Wilkins Nursing Center is Medicare Certified to offer Skilled Nursing Services. Once our residents meet Medicare criteria Medicare will pay for your room and all therapy services while you are receiving skilled nursing care. 

Rehabilitative Services
Individualized programs in the areas of Physical, Speech, or Occupational Therapy are designed specifically for each patient and addressed by licensed therapist. Our mutual goal is to assist each patient in returning to full function and capability.
